Foresight India Opinion Trading surpasses 1000 app downloads in 20 Days
08 April 2022 / Press Release: Foresight India has recently announced that it has crossed the feat of 1000 app downloads. A platform where users get to share their opinions and get rewarded started their journey in February 2022.
In an interview given to downloadastro, a platform where they publish the best apps of the day, Rahula Raj, co-founder and developer of the app, said, “In India, everyone has an opinion about something, but people don’t get an appreciation or valuation to their opinion. So I wanted to create a platform where users will feel that their opinions are getting recognized and rewarded at the same time.”
Foresight currently holds daily quizzes mainly focused on IPL, where users will be asked to give their opinions and predictions on the given question. If that comes out to be accurate, they get rewarded for that.
Upon being asked how he came up with the idea for the platform, Rahula replied, “I grew up watching Kaun Banega Crorepati, the Indian equivalent of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, and used to answer most of the questions correctly without even knowing the questions. So a thought struck my mind recently, he can’t be the only person who regrets not getting rewarded for guessing the correct answer, and that’s how the idea came to me. To give everyone an opportunity to give their opinion and get rewarded for that.”
With this announcement, Foresight India has also announced that they are eyeing an investment of around $1mn at the end of April from various investors.
